All project specifications, timelines, and pricing are provided through individual project agreements.

Specific terms for each solar installation project are governed by individual project agreements executed between Solara Egypt and the client. These project agreements take precedence over these general Terms of Service where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Solara Egypt Commercial Energy Solutions and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Solara Egypt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Energy generation estimates and financial projections are provided as guidance only and do not constitute guarantees of actual performance.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
