Cairo Festival is a major mixed-use development in New Cairo combining retail, hospitality, and office space. We provided end-to-end solar engineering and installation tailored to the complex's varied roof profiles and energy loads.
Scope
- Multi-zone design: Rooftop systems across retail, hotel, and office blocks
- Grid integration: Synchronized with existing backup and utility supply
- O&M partnership: Long-term monitoring and maintenance agreement
Results
The project has reduced grid dependency during peak hours and improved the development's energy resilience. Performance data is used for ongoing optimization and reporting to stakeholders.
